I am a Chinese from mainland and live in Canada. I am trying to find out if there is any Chinese UU group.Happy to know that you have excellent topic here and just wonder how many members you have in HongKong. Since UU is a small organization, it is not easy to establish Chinese UU group. From my experience, it seems Chinese either don't focus too much on spiritual growth, or only limited in conservative religious belief. Anyway thanks for your contribution to UU concept and education.
I am a Chinese too, living in Shanghai. I am wondering if there is any UU group in mainland too. There are many people searching for something to believe in China, but they don't know such thing like UU.
Unitarian Universalism can be the fertile ground of freethought and a half way house from faith to fact. Without a creed or dogma, open hearts, open minds and an open door can be a safe place for people to sort out song from insanity. Testing out magical thinking for sound science. Joyful comraderie without delusions. Wonder and awe in nature rather than specious super natural preachings. My best wishes to you all as you affirm the vibrant spirit without alleged deity unchallenged claims. Doubt is the beginning of wisdom. Don't be suckered by belief propaganda.
