If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Three (3) or higher, or Yellow or higher Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force four (4) hours before the starting time of our event, the event will be automatically cancelled.
 
For example, for a gathering at 4pm, if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Three (3) or Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force at 12noon, that gathering will be cancelled.

如在本會活動前四小時，香港天文台仍然發出三號熱帶氣旋警告信號或黃色暴雨警告，該活動自動取消。
 
例如本會下午四時聚會，如果於正午十二時，香港天文台仍然發出三號熱帶氣旋警告信號或黃色暴雨警告，該聚會自動取消。
